TREATMENTS WE PROVIDE
STEM CELL THERAPY
At our Houston lab, stem cells are extracted from your own body—either from bone marrow or adipose tissue—and used to regenerate damaged tissue naturally. Whether you’re dealing with chronic joint pain, degenerative disc disease, or sports injuries, our autologous stem cell therapy helps your body repair itself without invasive surgery or long-term medications.
Ideal for: Knee osteoarthritis, rotator cuff tears, hip degeneration, chronic back pain, and severe cartilage loss.
SEMAGLUTIDE / TIRZEPATIDE
A groundbreaking solution for chronic weight management in adults that’s transforming lives across Houston. These FDA-approved medications work by enhancing your body’s natural ability to regulate appetite and blood sugar. We provide personalized dosing, comprehensive monitoring, and ongoing support to help you achieve sustainable weight loss—so you can enjoy Houston’s active lifestyle without the burden of excess weight.
Ideal for: Adults struggling with obesity or weight-related health conditions seeking a medically supervised, non-surgical solution.ourney.
STEM CELL HAIR TREATMENT
Using stem cells taken from your body, our unique process revives hair follicles and improves blood circulation to the scalp, producing natural, lasting hair restoration. Unlike surgical transplants, this regenerative approach stimulates your own dormant follicles to produce a fuller, thicker head of hair—processed right here in our Houston lab for optimal cell viability.
Ideal for: Men and women experiencing hair thinning, pattern baldness, or age-related hair loss who want natural results without surgery.
TESTOSTERONE THERAPY
Reduced testosterone levels can cause decreased libido, erectile dysfunction, persistent fatigue, mood changes, and loss of muscle mass. Whether it’s part of the natural aging process or the result of a medical condition, our testosterone replacement therapy is tailored to restore your hormone levels safely and effectively—helping Houston men reclaim their energy, strength, and vitality.
Ideal for: Men experiencing symptoms of low testosterone (Low T) confirmed through comprehensive blood work.
ACCELLERATE™ THERAPY
Our signature acCELLerate™ protocol combines your plasma, platelets, and stem cells into a single powerful treatment designed for optimal repair of damaged tissue. By introducing both the “seeds” (stem cells) and the “fertilizer” (PRP growth factors), we’ve seen patients improve nearly 30% faster than with single-modality treatments. This is the gold standard in regenerative orthobiologics—available exclusively at Houston Regenerative Medicine.
Ideal for: Severe osteoarthritis, complex tendon/ligament injuries, or patients seeking maximum regenerative benefit.
HORMONE THERAPY
Hormone imbalance affects both men and women, causing fatigue, weight gain, mood swings, sleep disturbances, and diminished quality of life. Our Houston clinic offers advanced hormone replacement therapy tailored specifically to your unique hormonal profile. Using bioidentical hormones when appropriate, we help restore balance naturally—so you can feel like yourself again.
Ideal for: Men and women suffering from age-related hormone decline, menopause symptoms, andropause, or thyroid imbalance.
The “Houston Factor”: Why Your Joints Hurt Here
Living in Greater Houston presents unique physical stressors that aggravate chronic conditions. We understand the specific environmental and lifestyle factors affecting our patients.
The “Beltway Back” (Commuter Compression)
If you commute daily from Kingwood, Katy, or The Woodlands, you know the toll of I-45 and Beltway 8. Prolonged sitting in stop-and-go traffic causes “static loading” on the lumbar spine and hip flexors. We treat the chronic compression that comes with the Houston executive’s commute, helping you exit the car without stiffness.
Humidity & Inflammation
It’s not just in your head—when the Gulf humidity spikes, so does your pain. Barometric pressure changes, common before our afternoon storms, cause joint tissues to expand. Our regenerative therapies are designed to reduce the chronic inflammation that makes Houston weather unbearable for arthritis sufferers.
The Memorial Park “Weekend Warrior”
From tennis at River Oaks Country Club to running the loop at Memorial Park, Houstonians play hard. But when Jumper’s Knee or an Achilles tendon flare-up threatens to sideline you, surgery isn’t the only option. We help you get back to your active lifestyle without the 6-month downtime of an operation.

Why Houstonians Trust Dr. Joel Cherdack and his Team
In a city filled with “pop-up” pain clinics, experience matters. Dr. Joel Cherdack brings over 20 years of clinical experience to North Houston. We’re not a spa—we’re a medical clinic focused on ethical, FDA-compliant orthobiologics.
Proudly Serving Houston and Surrounding Communities
While many of our patients reside in the historic streets of River Oaks or the quiet enclaves of The Woodlands, our Greenspoint suite offers a central, high-access destination designed for privacy and precision.

- From River Oaks/Memorial: Accessible via the 610 Loop and Hardy Toll Road.

We offer the medical expertise found in the Texas Medical Center without the parking headaches or long wait times.
Frequently Asked Questions about Regenerative Medicine in Houston
Is regenerative medicine covered by insurance in Texas?
Currently, most regenerative procedures (PRP and Stem Cell therapy) are considered elective and are not covered by major insurance carriers in Texas. However, we offer transparent pricing and financing options to make this investment in your health accessible.
What is the difference between PRP and Stem Cell Therapy?
PRP utilizes growth factors from your blood to stimulate healing, making it excellent for soft tissue injuries like tendonitis. Stem Cell therapy involves harvesting live cells (from bone marrow or fat) that can actually differentiate and aid in the repair of more severe structural damage, such as osteoarthritis or cartilage loss.
Can this prevent the need for knee replacement surgery?
Many of our patients seek us out specifically to avoid total joint replacement. If you have Grade 1-3 osteoarthritis, regenerative therapy can often significantly reduce pain and improve function, potentially delaying or eliminating the need for metal and plastic implants.
How soon will I see results?
Regenerative medicine is a biological process, not a “numbing” shot. While some patients feel relief in a few weeks, the peak structural repair typically occurs between 3 to 6 months post-procedure as your body rebuilds tissue.
Ready to Live Without Pain?
Stop letting joint pain or injury dictate your life. Whether you want to walk the Galleria without knee pain or sleep through the night without shoulder aches, we can help.
At our Houston regenerative medicine clinic, we approach each patient as a unique individual, tailoring programs specifically to them.

LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER
Thank you for your interest in learning more about regenerative medicine and the revolution of stem cell therapy. Denver Regenerative Medicine began with a philosophy, a philosophy of staying true to the idea that the practice of medicine should first and foremost, do no harm. Today, advances in regenerative medicine allow us to take a person’s own stem cells, isolate them, concentrate them, and apply them directly to a damaged area of the body. Once there, those stem cells begin to create healthy, new tissue that is comprised completely of your own body’s material! No longer do patients have to undergo barbaric orthopedic surgeries and weeks of painful physical rehabilitation. In my view, this represents a paradigm shift in how medicine treats arthritis and injuries to the musculoskeletal system. Instead of drugs, surgeries, and artificial parts, we can now use the body’s own regenerative and restorative components and focus them on an injured area. The beauty of stem cell therapy is in its simplicity. It is my hope and expectation that we will be able to help thousands to avoid painful and unnecessary surgeries, as we remain on the forefront of the advancements in regenerative medicine.
Sincerely,
Dr. Joel Cherdack
